  • As a practicing attorney, public servant, and executive coach, Jaret’s professional experience equips him with the skills needed to navigate complex issues, make informed decisions, and collaborate effectively with others. His passion for education is personal—rooted in the example set by his mother, a lifelong teacher.

  • Jaret and his family have called Highland Park home since 2008. Beyond his leadership in education, Jaret has contributed to our community in countless ways—from serving on civic advisory groups to coaching local youth sports teams.

    • Twice appointed to the City of Highland Park’s Human Relations Advisory Group.

    • Active member of North Shore Congregation Israel.

    • Board member of Insight Advocacy.

    • Baseball and soccer coach for his son’s youth teams.

Family at the Heart of It All

Jaret and his wife Karina moved to Highland Park in 2008 to raise their family in a supportive and vibrant community. Their daughter is an 8th grader at Northwood Middle School, and their son is a 3rd grader at Red Oak Elementary—both are enrolled in District 112’s Dual Language Program.
